During Photokina 2014 in Cologne, Germany, we found that there was a video monopod manufactured by AOKA being exhibited at the show that infringed upon SIRUI 's German Patent for the SIRUI P-S Series Photo/Video monopod (Patent number: 202013006889.2).

After we discovered this violation, we, along with our German Distributor and lawyer,  presented documents that required the infringed product and related promotional materials to be removed immediately.

We wish to make the following announcement: SIRUI P-S series Photo/Video Monopods are products that have several patents that protect SIRUI's proprietary intellectual property rights. We have applied related patents in USA, UK, France, Italy, Germany, Singapore, Japan, etc. If there is any structure, design, performance and/or material infringement found in products manufactured by other companies, we shall pursue, in accordance with the relevant legal liability, anyone who violates SIRUI's patent rights and require a compensation for loss of sales and the immediate halting of production, selling and use of the infringing product.
