In 2019, 5Gwas one of the hottest buzz words in the industry. With the rapid development of 5G technology, videos will also surely advance in 2020 and consequently, push forward progress in high-tech electronics and digital products. As a perfect companion for cinemascope photographers, the state of the art SIRUI 50mm F/1.8 1.33X Anamorphic Lens is a revolution in the anamorphic industry.

As we all know, professional anamorphic lenses are large, expensive and only available for professional filmmakers or photographers who have the budget. To make it affordable for cinematic enthusiasts, SIRUI disrupted the anamorphic lens market and introduced a high quality, lightweight 50mm F1.8 Anamorphic Lens that delivers all the distinct anamorphic features at a great value.

Compared to a traditional 50mm APS-C lens, the SIRUI 50mm F/1.8 1.33X anamorphic lens produces a cinematic 2.4:1 widescreen video, enlarging the horizontal field of view to up to 33% to achieve a FOV that is equivalent to an APS-C 37.5mm lens. Built with Aircraft Aluminum housing and high-quality German Manufactured Schott optical glass lens elements, the F1.8 camera anamorphic lens is compact and robust yet light enough to easily create Cinematic widescreen shots.

Gradually turn the smooth aperture ring to customize the light and optimize the depth of field. The 1.33X anamorphic lens horizontally squeezes shots to create an ultra-wide aspect ratio, long horizontal lens flares and oval bokeh features unique to anamorphic images, which can be a challenge for post-editing applications. Even wide open at F/1.8, the footage and images are still sharp.

Weighing at 560g/1.23lbs, this compact and robust lens can easily generate superior cinematic imaging with the comfortable focus and aperture rings.
